Your First Visit
For us, the most important part of your first visit will be getting to know you better. Specifically, we’ll ask about the particular reasons for your visit, any current oral health concerns that need attention, and whether you have any particular long-term goals for your smile. If needed, we’ll also clean your teeth and perform a complete dental examination that cleans X-rays. Before you leave, we’ll put together a treatment plan based on your needs so that you have a firm idea of what will happen next.
Dental Insurance
You can call our dental office to see what insurance plans we’re in-network with. However, even if you have a different PPO plan, our team can still file the necessary claims for you so that you can get your well-earned benefits. Before the beginning of any given treatment, we will review your coverage with you so that you’re fully aware of how much your insurance company will pay. We want to make sure that you aren’t caught off guard by any unpleasant surprises later on.

Patient Forms
Before your appointment, you need to complete paperwork so that we have your oral health history and other essential information on file as needed. We know that it can be tedious to fill out these forms on the day of your appointment, but luckily, we can give you the option to complete them entirely online instead. That way you can complete the process in the comfort of your own home so that everything’s already set by the time that you arrive at our dental office.
